Integrative Counseling Services of Northeast Florida's focus is to help individual men, couples, and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan that is holistic in nature.

I strive to treat the whole individual, that be it, addiction, mental health issues, family and relational issues, parenting, and grief/loss, just to name a few. My overall philosophy is to assist each person that enters therapy in recovering and reaching their full potential in life.

Treatment Focus

Being “Integrative”, the therapy I provide combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client. By combining elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory and research, integrative therapy becomes a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy. These psychotherapy techniques can be incorporated into almost any type of therapeutic work.

I specialize in the treatment of addiction, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, other anxiety disorders, and complex PTSD. I also do extensive work with families and couples that struggle with issues such as infidelity, addiction disorders, mental health issues, and the breakdown of the relationship.

My educational background, training, and experience enables me to offer effective individualized, therapy for individual men, couples and families.

I am a fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida.

I hold certifications as a Nationally Certified Counselor

and as a Certified Master's Level Addictions Professional.

I am also trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) used for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder with the use of Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
